Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
At Forever Serve, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your order arrives safely. However, once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility shifts to them. Please review the following policies:
Lost Shipments
If an item is lost in transit, we will assist in locating it, but we cannot guarantee recovery or reimbursement for lost packages. Customers should use the provided tracking number to monitor their shipment.
Stolen Shipments
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and filing a report with local authorities.
- Forever Serve is not responsible for replacing or refunding stolen packages.
Returned to Sender
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or other issues beyond our control, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
- We are not liable for delays caused by return-to-sender situations.
Insurance & Claims
- Forever Serve does not process insurance claims on behalf of customers for lost or stolen items.
