B-17 - Yankee Lady T-Shirt

The B-17G “Yankee Lady” was built in July 1945, too late to see combat before World War II ended. She later served with the U.S. Coast Guard as a PB-1G, flying rescue and patrol missions across the North Atlantic. After decades of civilian service, she was fully restored by the Yankee Air Museum to her original Flying Fortress glory. Today, “Yankee Lady” stands as one of the last airworthy B-17s—a tribute to the courage and craftsmanship that defined America’s Greatest Generation.
